Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for services provided by Gen’s Gentle Touch Home Healthcare, LLC.
Service Deposits
A deposit equal to one (1) to two (2) weeks of service, depending on the client’s care needs and service plan, is required prior to the start of services.
The deposit amount will be clearly communicated and agreed upon before services begin.
Partial Refund Policy
Deposits are not refundable while services are active.
Once services have been formally terminated or ended, clients may be eligible for a partial refund of any unused portion of the deposit, subject to the following:

Any services already rendered will be deducted from the deposit

Any outstanding balances, administrative fees, or authorized charges will be deducted

Refunds apply only to unused prepaid service time
Refund amounts, if any, are determined on a case-by-case basis based on the client’s service agreement and usage.
Non-Refundable Charges
The following are not refundable:

Services already provided

Administrative, intake, or scheduling fees

Fees related to late cancellations or short-notice service changes (as outlined in the service agreement)
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will:

Be issued using the original payment method when possible

Be processed within 7–14 business days, depending on the financial institution
Changes to This Refund Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting.
