Private pay is accepted for your care. Services provided under private pay are arranged based on individual needs, availability, and agreed-upon care plans.
Insurance Accepted
We currently pending the acceptance of UnitedHealthcare and Blue Cross Blue Shield of TN for eligible services. Insurance coverage is subject to plan benefits, service authorization, and payer approval. Not all services may be covered, and coverage determinations are made by the insurance provider.
Care Coordination & Billing
Our team works in collaboration with residents, families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to support care planning and billing processes in accordance with Tennessee regulations and payer guidelines.
