Wandering Risk Safety Support

For individuals living with dementia or Alzheimer’s disease who may be at risk for wandering, Gen’s Gentle Touch Home Healthcare offers Wandering Risk Safety Support as a supplemental safety aid.

This optional support allows families to use a family-authorized GPS location device to assist with location awareness. GPS safety support is designed to enhance safety, not replace caregiver supervision or medical care.

Use of GPS safety support is voluntary, requires written authorization from the service recipient or legal representative, and does not involve 24/7 monitoring by our agency.
