The Aging Well Support Fund was created to help bridge that gap and ensure seniors in our community receive the support they deserve.

  • Companionship visits

  • Personal care support

  • Meal preparation

  • Safety and wellness check-ins

Your Impact ​

  • $25 = 1 hour of care

  • $100 = partial day of support

  • $250 = weekly care support contribution
